How do I start?
Add your vehicle by scanning its VIN or entering its details manually. Add a manual record for a service, repair, inspection or another event. Use Timeline to find earlier work and Upcoming for important dates. VIN scanning reads vehicle details; it does not retrieve a vehicle-history report.
What is free, and what requires Premium?
One vehicle, manual record keeping and basic export are available without Premium. Premium includes additional vehicles, invoice and document scanning, detailed cost analysis, document and warranty organization, tire history and advanced reminders. The app shows the current price and terms for each purchase before you buy.
How do I restore a Premium purchase?
Open the RoadFolio Premium purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. A monthly or yearly subscription must still be active. Consumable AI check packs are separate purchases and are tied to the installation; they may not transfer after deleting the app or changing devices.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RoadFolio. Apple manages billing, subscription changes and cancellations. For billing questions or refund requests, visit Apple’s purchase support.
Where are my records? Does RoadFolio sync them?
Your logbook is stored on your iPhone. RoadFolio does not provide cloud sync. Keep your own device backups and export important records using the app’s available export and share tools. A purchase restore restores eligible Premium access, not a deleted vehicle logbook.
How does AI Mechanic work?
AI Mechanic is optional and requires an internet connection and your consent. There are two one-time trial checks without Premium. Premium includes two checks per week; Premium users can buy extra packs of ten checks. Selected request data is sent to RoadFolio’s server and OpenAI as described in the privacy policy. Suggestions are not a confirmed diagnosis or a substitute for a qualified mechanic. Do not rely on AI to decide whether a vehicle is safe to drive.

RoadFolio conserve les interventions, le kilométrage et les dépenses de votre véhicule sur votre iPhone. Un véhicule, la saisie manuelle et l’export de base sont disponibles gratuitement. L’interface de l’application est actuellement en anglais.
Pour restaurer Premium, ouvrez l’écran d’achat et choisissez Restore Purchases avec le compte Apple utilisé lors de l’achat. Pour gérer un abonnement : Réglages → votre nom → Abonnements → RoadFolio. Les lots d’analyses IA sont des achats consommables séparés, liés à l’installation.
Il n’y a pas de synchronisation cloud. Conservez vos sauvegardes et exportez les données importantes. L’assistant IA est facultatif, nécessite Internet et votre consentement ; ses suggestions ne remplacent pas un professionnel qualifié.
