Write in English or Serbian. Replies usually come within two business days. If you are reporting a wrong identification, please attach the photo you used — it is the only way to improve the result.
It sometimes will be. The app returns a probable match with a confidence level, not a certainty. Low confidence means the photo did not give enough to go on — try a closer, sharper shot of the bark, a single leaf on a plain background, or a needle cluster, in daylight and without glare. If the result is confidently wrong, email the photo and the name it returned.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Tree Identifier, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also reach the same screen from the app: Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise it renews.
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us the date of purchase.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong so it does not happen to the next person.
Everything the app saves — your Collection, your History and the photos in them — is stored on your device only. Open Settings → Delete All Local Data to clear it, or delete the app to remove all of it at once. There is no account to close, because there is no account.
No. Identification needs a connection, because the photo is analysed on a server. Your saved Collection and History are readable offline.
No. Never make that decision from an app. Tree Identifier makes no claim about edibility, medicinal use or safety of any plant, and a confident-looking answer can still be wrong. Ask a qualified botanist, arborist or physician.
